1. About CosmosGuide

CosmosGuide is a Vedic astrology and numerology platform operated at mycosmosguide.com. We provide birth chart analysis, numerology calculators, compatibility tools, oracle readings, and paid consultation services. The platform is operated by an individual practitioner based in India.

2. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make payments
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false information or violate these terms

3. Services Offered

CosmosGuide provides the following categories of service:

• Free Tools: Birth chart, Tarabalam, Guna Koota, basic numerology calculators, baby names — available to all visitors without payment
• Prashnavali Oracle: 2 free questions per account, additional questions via paid credit packs
• Paid Consultations: One-on-one readings booked via the consultation form and conducted via video, phone, or WhatsApp
• Premium Membership: Enhanced access, deeper AI interpretations, and unlimited oracle credits

4. Astrology & Numerology Disclaimer

• Predictions and interpretations are based on traditional Vedic and numerological systems and should not be treated as certainties
• CosmosGuide does not guarantee any specific outcome from readings or consultations
• Do not make major life decisions — medical, financial, legal, or personal — based solely on content from this platform
• If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately
• AI-generated readings are interpretive and may not reflect the full scope of traditional astrological analysis

5. Payments & Billing

• All payments on CosmosGuide are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway
• Supported payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Razorpay-supported wallets
• Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
• Oracle credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment confirmation from Razorpay
• Consultation fees are due at the time of booking or as agreed with the practitioner
• In case of a payment failure, you will not be charged. Contact your bank or Razorpay support if funds are debited without service delivery

6. Refund Policy

Please refer to our full Refund Policy for complete details. In summary:

• Oracle Credits: Non-refundable once purchased, but unused credits do not expire
• Consultations: Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before the scheduled session; 50% refund for cancellations within 24 hours; no refund for no-shows
• Premium Membership: Pro-rata refund available within 7 days of purchase if no premium features have been used
• Technical Failures: If a service fails due to a platform error on our end, we will issue a full credit or refund at our discretion

7. User Conduct

By using CosmosGuide, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
• Submit false birth details to generate misleading readings
• Harass, abuse, or threaten the practitioner or other users
• Post reviews or testimonials that are false, defamatory, or malicious
• Share, resell, or redistribute paid content or AI readings without permission
• Attempt to bypass payment systems or oracle credit limits through technical means

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on CosmosGuide — including website design, blog posts, guidance text, oracle interpretations, and tool logic — is the intellectual property of CosmosGuide and its practitioner
• You may not copy, reproduce, or republish content without written permission
• Your personal data and birth charts remain yours. We do not claim ownership over your personal information
• Reviews and testimonials you submit grant us a non-exclusive licence to display them on the platform

9. AI-Generated Content

• Birth chart readings and interpretations use the Anthropic Claude API. These are AI-generated and should be considered as one perspective among many
• AI readings are not a substitute for a personal consultation with a qualified Vedic astrologer
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose
• Content generated for you is personal — it may not be reproduced, sold, or passed off as professional astrological advice to others

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• CosmosGuide and its practitioner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, in the 90 days prior to the claim
• We are not liable for losses arising from decisions made based on astrological or numerological content on this platform
• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by Hostinger, Supabase, Razorpay, or Anthropic infrastructure

11. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time by emailing us at jyothisairam@twinstarsgroup.com
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your access to paid features ceases. Unused oracle credits are non-refundable upon voluntary account closure
• We may retain certain data for legal and accounting purposes as required by Indian law

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of CosmosGuide shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
